While assisting you in clearing through your loved one’s items, I use my expert selling knowledge to provide detailed valuations of chattels and home contents for probate.

If this is part of a clearance project, it is included in my hourly charge. For one-off probate valuations, I quote a flat fee based on the size of the estate and the number of items. If a specialist dealer or auctioneer’s valuation is needed, any additional charges will be included. Please contact me for more information.

In addition to probate valuations, I offer specific item valuations to help you decide whether to part with your belongings. Often, people dispose of items without first researching their value, potentially missing out on returns and paying unnecessary clearance fees. I will appraise your items to provide an estimate of their potential sale price. If I believe an item will sell better through a specialized dealer or auctioneer, I can facilitate this on your behalf.
