Louise made the process of selling my unwanted clutter easy and hassle free! At our first meeting Louise gave me an honest appraisal of what would sell and what wouldn’t, took photos of the large items and simply packed up and took away everything else. The terms and conditions were clear and concise. She kept in contact letting me know when things didn’t sell and when the larger items would be collected. Very few things didn’t sell and all of those were things we weren’t sure would! Fabulous service!

When my Father passed away recently, I was left with the unbelievably mammoth job of clearing a large house, full of old furniture, clothes, antiques and knick knacks. Louise came to the house and managed to guide me through a very, very stressful and upsetting time with compassion and knowledge. She managed to sell lots of items that I simply didn’t have time to do or even knew where to start selling them. She took away a huge amount of stress for me and gave me a great service. She priced things and advised what would and wouldn’t sell, she kept me informed what was happening which was particularly helpful as I don’t live in the country. I was incredibly stressed and probably a very difficult client but Louise didn’t react to this. She was very considerate in everything she did for me, even meeting buyers at the house and handing over sold items. Above and beyond.
Following a bereavement, I had to downsize to move to a smaller apartment. Louise was very efficient at valuing the deceased’s possessions for probate (her valuation was accepted by the tax authorities), and she was able to sell many of these. Regarding my own surplus possessions, Louise was efficient at identifying and successful selling many of these. Indeed, Louise was tactfully able to cut through my sentimentality about many of my possessions which, in truth, had no practical use. She was able to sell a surprisingly high proportion on ebay and elsewhere. She was courteous and punctual, happily able to accommodate my own private timetable for the task at hand.
Louise has successfully sold a number of items for us on eBay. Louise has an excellent knowledge of selling, she gives a realistic value for items and always gets the best possible price. Louise listed them and dealt with all the queries – and sold them for more than I could have hoped for. I have since used her several times when I’ve had a declutter.
